Bhubaneswar based IT firm introduces revolutionary multilingual AI agents

Bhubaneswar: Celebrating nearly a quarter-century of growth, Odisha’s premier IT services firm, Tatwa Technologies, has officially stepped into the future of artificial intelligence. On its 24th Foundation Day at the Infocity campus, the company launched its latest innovation, the Tatwa Technologies OmniAgent. This AI-driven platform is designed to revolutionize how businesses and government bodies interact with citizens and customers.

The high-profile event saw Odisha Law, Works, and Excise Minister Prithviraj Harichandan attending as the Chief Guest. He was joined by Vishal Kumar Dev, the Additional Chief Secretary for EIT & Energy. Both leaders praised the company for putting the state on the global technology map. Minister Harichandan noted that such home-grown innovations prove Odisha is becoming a powerhouse for digital technology.

Managing Director Ayaskant Mohanty expressed his vision of scaling this Odisha-born solution to international markets. He noted that the positive feedback from various sectors, including MSMEs and government agencies, has paved the way for a global rollout. The platform represents a significant shift from traditional IT services to sophisticated, AI-led products.

During the demonstration, CEO and Co-founder Tapendra Senapati explained that the tool is more than just a chatbot. It integrates emotional and contextual intelligence to mimic human-like conversations. A standout feature for the local audience is its multilingual capability. The platform supports over 40 languages, specifically including Odia and several other Indian regional dialects.

The Tatwa Technologies OmniAgent allows organizations to deploy autonomous agents that manage communication across email, voice, and chat seamlessly. With over 4,000 employees participating in the celebration both in person and virtually, the day concluded with cultural festivities, marking a new chapter for the Bhubaneswar-headquartered firm.
