Bhubaneswar, July 13: Jagannath Temple's Ratna Bhandar opening process would begin from July 14, informed Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan today.
He said the Odisha government has accepted the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) suggested by the high-power supervisory committee and the managing committee.
Meanwhile, justice Biswanath Rath, the chairman of the high-level committee, informed that Ratna Bhandar of Srimandir would be opened after 1 PM.
“Since the auspicious time will be after 1 PM tomorrow, the Ratna Bhandar will be opened after 1 PM,” he said.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has directed Deputy CM Pravati Parida, Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan and Culture Minister Suryavanshi Suraj to camp in Puri till Niladri Bije to ensure smooth conduct of all rituals.
