Bhubaneswar, June 27: Former Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition (LoP) Naveen Patnaik has extended his greetings to the people of Odisha ahead of the annual Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath.
Patnaik who underwent surgery for cervical arthritis at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai on June 22 conveyed his Rath Yatra wishes from his hospital bed in a video message released today.
