Baripada, Feb 7: Rasgobindpur police have arrested Hindi teacher Subash Chand for allegedly making obscene gestures and misbehaving with a female student. He has been sent to court following the arrest.

In connection with the case, the school’s headmaster, Sukudeb Hansda, and principal, Shivashankar Giri, were also taken in for questioning as part of a police investigation.

The incident reportedly occurred at a school under Jhadiapada Panchayat. The police registered a case based on the complaint filed, and the statements of the students were first recorded by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and later in court.
