Rayagada, Jan 12: A tragic road accident near Limapada on the Gunupur main road claimed the lives of two brothers. The deceased have been identified as Muna Kimbaka and Krishna Kimbaka.
The brothers were returning home from Gunupur after attending to some work when they reportedly lost control of their bike and collided with an electric pole. Both were thrown onto the road and sustained serious injuries.
Local residents and police rushed them to the Gunupur Subdivisional Health Center, but doctors declared them dead on arrival. The Gunupur police have seized the bodies and launched an investigation into the accident.
