Mumbai, August 5: After a six-year hiatus from Bollywood, global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas is reportedly making a grand return to the silver screen. The actress is expected to feature in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited project Love and War, alongside a star-studded cast.
While an official confirmation is yet to be made by either Chopra or Bhansali, industry buzz suggests that the actress will not only play a key role in the film but will also be seen in a special dance number — reminiscent of her memorable appearance in Bhansali’s Ram Chahe Leela, which was both a critical and commercial success.
Love and War boasts an ensemble cast including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal, and is already being touted as one of Bollywood’s most anticipated films. The potential addition of Priyanka has only heightened excitement among fans, who have been eagerly awaiting her Bollywood comeback.
