The event will take place at the exhibition grounds, where Prime Minister Modi is expected to speak for approximately 45 minutes. Accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, various ministers, and local representatives, Modi will stay at the venue for about an hour and five minutes.

The BJP candidate for the Aligarh constituency is Satish Gautam, the incumbent MP. Special Protection Group (SPG) teams have been stationed in the district ahead of the rally, which is part of the campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Modi's last visit to Aligarh was during the 2022 Assembly elections. Voting for the Lok Sabha elections in the Aligarh parliamentary seat is scheduled for April 26.
