Bhubaneswar, Sept 29:Polygraph test of IIC Bharatpur Police Dinakrushna Mishra who had allegedly misbehaved an army Captain and his fiancée on Septemer 15, will be conducted tomorrow.
A team of Odisha Crime Branch has left for Gujarat on Sunday, to put up the IIC before the Forensic Lab technicians at Gandhinagar for the lie-detection test.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court, Bhubaneswar had allowed the polygraph test of Bharatpur Police Station Instepctor-in-Charge (IIC) Dinakrushna Mishra in connection with the assault on the Army Captain and his fiancée.
The court, hearing a submission of the Odisha Crime Branch, allowed to conduct the polygraph test of the IIC for allegedly assaulting the Captain’s fiancée sexually.
On the other hand, the court acknowledged the submission of the IIC who gave his consent for the test and assured every cooperation for the ensuing investigation.
