CAT 2025 Admit Card Release Postponed, New Date Announced
MBA aspirants waiting for their CAT 2025 Admit Card will need to hold on for a little longer. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, the organizing body for this year's exam, has officially postponed the release of the hall tickets.
The admit card, which was originally scheduled to be available today, November 5, 2025, will now be issued on November 12, 2025.
This is a crucial IIM Kozhikode CAT update for the 2.95 lakh candidates who have registered for the highly competitive entrance test.
According to the official notice, eligible candidates can access their admit cards from the official CAT website using their login credentials. The download window will open on November 12 and will remain active until the exam day, November 30, 2025.
Exam Date Remains Unchanged
While the admit card download has been delayed by a week, IIM Kozhikode has confirmed that the CAT 2025 exam date is not affected. The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 will proceed as planned on November 30, 2025. The exam will be conducted in three separate sessions across various centres nationwide.
This year's exam will be held in approximately 170 cities. Students, including the many CAT 2025 applicants from Bhubaneswar and other parts of the state, are advised to check their admit card carefully for their allotted CAT exam centres in Odisha.
How to Download CAT 2025 Admit Card
Once the link is activated on November 12, candidates must follow these steps to get their MBA entrance exam admit card:
Candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid, original photo ID (such as an Aadhaar card, Passport, or Voter ID) to the examination hall.
