Paris, Aug 3: Indian woman shooter Manu Bhaker on Saturday missed out an opportunity to win her third Olympics medal in Games 2024.
Manu competed hard but finished fourth in the 25metre air pistol event. Despite a brilliant display from the 22-year-old Indian sharpshooter, she will return home with two medals at Paris Olympics.
Manu was tied at 28 points with Hungary's Veronica Major. And in the five-shot shootoff, Manu missed the target twice, while Major missed only once. Major eventually ended with a Bronze medal with 31 hits.
Korea's Yan Jiin won Gold, while France's Camille Jedrzejewski settled for a Silver medal.
