New Delhi, December 14: The Congress party staged a major rally at Ramlila Maidan, New Delhi, on Sunday, accusing the BJP of electoral malpractice under the banner “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod.” The event was attended by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Sonia Gandhi, and other senior leaders.

Rahul Gandhi led the charge, alleging that the Election Commission (EC) was colluding with the BJP government to manipulate electoral rolls and cover up irregularities. He specifically named Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and others, claiming they were "working for the BJP." Gandhi promised to remove the Modi-RSS government by upholding the truth.

The rally is part of Congress’s broader campaign against “vote theft,” which gained traction during Gandhi’s earlier “Voter Adhikar Yatra.” Despite the party’s poor performance in the Bihar elections, the slogan “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod” continues to be central to their strategy.

Congress aims to rally support on this issue, highlighting concerns about alleged voter fraud and manipulation. With upcoming elections in key states like Assam and Kerala, Gandhi hopes to rally widespread public support for his cause.
