Bhubaneswar, Dec 2: The Higher Education Department in Odisha has invited online applications from eligible students for availing scholarships under the Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana(MMCPY) 2023-24.
Students residing in Odisha who are pursuing general courses, technical and professional courses can apply for the scholarship. Under-graduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students are eligible for this scholarship.
The online application portal will remain open till December 31.
From December 2 to January 15, the Principal or Head of the Institution will validate the students’ profile.
The new scheme encapsulates erstwhile scholarship initiatives like e-Medhabruti, Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti and the Gopabandhu Sikhya Sahayata Yojana (GSSY).
