Bhubaneswar, Sept 9: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a nowcast warning for rain and lightning for 15 districts of Odisha.
These districts include Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Angul, Dhenkanal, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
