This announcement follows a prior update on March 2, in which the temple indicated it would reopen today.

In a statement issued on March 2, the temple said its priests had been praying for the safety and well-being of all individuals affected by the situation. The temple clarified, "While the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi is temporarily closed to visitors, the Swamis continue to offer special prayers within the temple's sacred sanctums. These heartfelt prayers are dedicated to peace, protection, and the welfare of all."

As tensions continue to rise, the temple urged everyone to stay calm, avoid spreading rumors, and remain indoors while adhering to official safety guidelines.
