Abu Dhabi [UAE], March 9: The Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) Temple in Abu Dhabi has announced that it will remain closed "until further notice" due to the escalating conflict between Iran and Israel, which has now expanded into a direct war involving the United States. This announcement follows a prior update on March 2, in which the temple indicated it would reopen today.

In a statement issued on March 2, the temple said its priests had been praying for the safety and well-being of all individuals affected by the situation. The temple clarified, "While the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi is temporarily closed to visitors, the Swamis continue to offer special prayers within the temple's sacred sanctums. These heartfelt prayers are dedicated to peace, protection, and the welfare of all."

As tensions continue to rise, the temple urged everyone to stay calm, avoid spreading rumors, and remain indoors while adhering to official safety guidelines. "Let us stay united in faith, responsibility, and trust," the statement concluded, calling on individuals to engage in personal prayers and follow safety protocols as directed by authorities.
