Bhubaneswar, Dec 15: The Odisha Government on Monday extended the deadline for online applications under the Krushi Vidya Nidhi Yojana 2025-26 up to December 20.

The deadline for the online registration was earlier scheduled on November 30.

Odisha government has issued notification in this concern today.

With it, the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment has urged all eligible students to duly register online for the academic assistance prettily before the deadline.

Worth mentioning, the Krushi Vidya Nidhi Yojana, a flagship scholarship initiative of the Odisha government under the CM-KISAN scheme, continues to play a vital role in enabling access to higher education for farmers’ children.

As per the revised schedule, students can now submit their online applications up to December 20, 2025.

The verification of submitted application forms at the institutional level will be carried out until December 25, 2025. District Chief Agriculture Officers will scrutinise and approve the applications at his end by January 25, 2026 for recommendation of the educational assistance.
