Mumbai, Dec 13: The highly anticipated Bollywood film ‘Border 2’ is set to hit theaters soon, and fans are buzzing with excitement following the announcement of the teaser release date.
On Friday, the film’s team shared a new poster and revealed that the teaser will be released on December 16 at 1:30 PM. Actor Varun Dhawan took to Instagram to share the poster, writing, “The excitement of Victory Day, the memory of the 1971 victory, and the biggest teaser launch of the year — all in one.” The full film is scheduled to release on January 23, 2026.
The poster features the four lead actors — Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty — in a single frame, each in a distinctive avatar. Sunny Deol appears in his iconic battle-ready persona, Varun Dhawan exudes determination and duty, Diljit Dosanjh showcases courage amid warfare, and Ahan Shetty embodies youthful bravery.
‘Border 2’ is presented jointly by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, in association with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film is supported by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta.
With its ensemble cast and patriotic theme, the film is expected to draw large audiences when it releases in theaters next January.
