Bhubaneswar, May 2: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha has officially declared the Class 10 (Matriculation) Examination Results 2025 on May 2. The results were announced via a press release at 4.10 PM at Board office, Cuttack.
State School & Mass education Minister Nityanand Gond officially unveiled the result booklet.
This year, a total of 5,02,417 students appeared for the Matriculation examination. Out of them, 4,84,863 students have passed. Among the successful candidates, 1,812 students secured A1 grade, while 12,200 students achieved A2 grade. Similarly, 38,831 students received B1 grade. The overall pass percentage this year stands at 94.93%, which is slightly lower than last year’s pass percentage of 96.27%.
According to the Minister, a total of 1,154 government-aided high schools and 317 unaided schools achieved 100% pass results in this year's Matriculation (HSC) examinations. Of the total students who passed, 2,40,251 were boys, while 2,44,612 were girls.
Gajapati district has recorded the highest pass percentage of 99.35%. Similarly, Koraput has the lowest pass percentage at 92.83%. A total of 3,273 schools have achieved 100% results.
Students can check their results on the official websites after 6 PM. The official websites of the board are http://bseodisha.ac.in and http://orissaresults.nic.in. Students can view their results by entering their roll number and date of birth on the website.
If there is any discrepancy in the result, the candidates should contact the control room. The supplementary examination will be conducted very soon. Applications for rechecking and re-addition of marks can be submitted between the 5th and 16th of the month.
