Bhubaneswar, March 7: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday felicitated Sattwik Satyakam Devta for securing All India Rank 100 in the 2025 Civil Services Examination.
The results of the prestigious exam were announced yesterday by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
The felicitation ceremony was held at Lokseva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar, where the Chief Minister congratulated Devta on his achievement and praised his dedication.
Devta hails from Hatadihi block in Keonjhar district. He completed his B.Tech in mechanical engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research in Bhubaneswar.
Commending his success, the Chief Minister said Devta’s accomplishment would motivate many young people across Odisha, especially students from Keonjhar district, to pursue their dreams through hard work and perseverance.
He also wished Devta a bright future and urged him to serve the public with honesty and integrity.
