Bhubaneswar, June 10: In a significant step to enhance Odisha’s startup ecosystem, the state’s Startup Odisha initiative, under the MSME Department, has introduced two major programs the ‘X-Change Programme’ and the ‘Launchpad 2025: Incubator Induction and Capacity Building Programme’ at the Odisha Startup Incubation Centre (O-Hub) in Bhubaneswar.
The X-Change Programme serves as a collaborative platform designed to facilitate knowledge-sharing and strengthen incubators across Odisha, helping create a future-ready environment for innovation.
As part of Launchpad 2025, nine new incubators, including the IIM Sambalpur I-Hub Foundation and NIST Incubation Foundation, were inducted into the Startup Odisha network, expanding the state’s support for emerging startups.
Key speakers, including Rajesh Kumar Adla (CEO of AIC T-Hub) and Kamaljit Das, shared valuable insights into effective incubation strategies to drive startup success.
The efforts to foster growth in Odisha’s startup ecosystem are being led by Hemant Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary of the MSME Department. Participating incubators expressed their gratitude for the program, which is equipping them with essential knowledge and tools to drive sustainable innovation and support ecosystem growth.
