Bhubaneswar, September 15: On the first anniversary of the Subhadra Yojana, the Odisha Government is set to roll out a statewide "Thank You Modi" campaign on September 17, 2025. The campaign is designed to express gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi while emphasizing the positive impact the scheme has had on women and children across the state.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida shared that the campaign will be held in all 338 Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) units throughout Odisha. As part of the initiative, beneficiaries of the Subhadra Yojana will have the opportunity to share their personal success stories and experiences, shedding light on how the program has transformed their lives.
The celebrations will coincide with the commencement of 'Poshan Maah' (Nutrition Month), which will be launched at Anganwadi centers across the state on September 17. This dual focus will encourage beneficiaries to take part in nutrition awareness programs, learn about the benefits of the scheme, and adopt healthier practices.
Additionally, Community Health Centers will host "Healthy Women, Empowered Families" events, featuring dedicated Subhadra Yojana stalls. These stalls will provide detailed information about the scheme, distribute informative pamphlets, and offer a platform for the public to ask questions and learn more.
The Women and Child Development Department underscored that the primary goal of these activities is to highlight the significant achievements of the Subhadra Yojana and to boost public engagement in the scheme across Odisha.
