Odisha govt transfers four senior OAS officers from CMO to GA dept

Bhubaneswar, July 4: The state government has reverted four senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers from the office of the Chief Minister (CMO) to the General Administration and Public Grievance (GA & PG) Department, effective immediately, according to an official order.

The officers affected by this change are Lala Manoj Kumar Ray, Rabindra Kumar Sethi, Subhranshu Mishra, and Manoj Kumar Swain.

"The officers concerned are directed to report to the GA & PG Department for their further posting," the order stated.

Lala Manoj Kumar Ray, OAS (SS), served as the special secretary to the former Chief Minister, while Rabindra Kumar Sethi, OAS (SAG), was the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the former CM's office.

Subhranshu Mishra, OAS (SAG), held the position of Additional Secretary to the former Chief Minister, with additional responsibilities as Additional Secretary to the Government in the Sports & Youth Affairs Department. Manoj Kumar Swain, OAS (S), was the Joint Secretary to the former Chief Minister of Odisha.
