New Delhi, March 1: The Delhi government will, on Monday, introduce the Pink National Common Mobility Card (NCMC), designed to offer free bus rides for women in the capital. This initiative aims to simplify access to various public transport systems with a single smart card.

The launch event will be graced by President Droupadi Murmu, who will inaugurate the scheme during the "Sashakt Nari, Samriddh Delhi" program at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, as per a statement.

In addition, President Murmu will also launch a new program to provide two free LPG cylinders annually to every ration card-holding household in Delhi, to be distributed during the festivals of Holi and Diwali.
