Bhubaneswar, June 4: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was trailing by a margin of 63 votes from Kantabanji seat and leading by a margin of 2513 votes from Hinjili Assembly constituency.
Patnaik secured 14,730 votes and BJP’s Laxman Bag bagged 14,793 seats by the end of five rounds. In Kantabanji, counting will be held in 28 rounds.
Similarly in Hinjili, Patnaik was leading with 12,110 votes and BJP’s Sisir Kumar Mishra was trailing with 9597 votes by the end of three rounds. Counting will be held in 17 rounds.
On the other hand, the ruling BJD was leading in 59 seats and the BJP was leading in 72 seats. The Congress was leading in 13 seats.
