“I feel there’s nothing bigger than charity. When I was a child, my mother taught me that only a breadwinner can feel the hunger of the needy. To earn that livelihood later in life, Education is the key. It indeed is very tough to be independent without quality education which starts from college itself. One developed college/university can lead several students to a successful life. All alumni should come forward keeping the same thing in mind. Collaborate with ‘Mo College’ & contribute as per your potential in terms of financially or intellectually,” said Panda.

This fund will be utilised for the procurement of furniture as well as computers, smart interactive boards, air conditioners, library equipment and wheel chairs for differently-abled students.

Earlier, Panda had contributed Rs 20 lakh to Government Women’s College towards its infrastructural development and Rs 30 lakh to GM University for its advanced IT centre. With today’s contribution, Panda so far has donated Rs 65 lakh.
