Bhubaneswar, Jan 13: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi will embark on a two-day visit to New Delhi on Monday to sign a MoU with the Central government on the Ayushman Bharat and Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana.
He will be accompanied by state Health Minister Dr Mukesh Mahaling.
Sources said, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed today at 2:00 pm at Vigyan Bhawan, with Union Health Minister JP Nadda will also be attending the event.
The Ayushman Bharat Yojana will also be launched with the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Card, which will now be rebranded as the Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana. Both schemes will be accessible through a single card, and the government will issue the new cards soon.
