Nayagarh, Mar 6: Two young men tragically lost their lives after their motorcycle collided with a tree in Bhapur block of Nayagarh district on Thursday. The deceased have been identified as Bir Kishore Dhala and Shankar Biswal, residents of Kalatangi village under Dhanachengada Panchayat.

Reports stated that the duo were travelling from Marddarajpur village to Kalatangi via Bodasa when they lost control of the motorcycle and crashed into a roadside tree. The impact threw both riders onto the road.

Local villagers rushed to their aid and took them to the Khandapada Community Health Centre, where doctors declared them dead.

The Khandapada police have seized the bodies and taken custody of the damaged motorcycle. The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, leaving residents in deep mourning over the sudden loss.
