Bhubaneswar, Oct 11: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended his prayers and greetings on the auspicious occasion of the first day of Navratri, paying his respects to Maa Shailaputri, the first form of Goddess Durga worshipped during the nine-day festival.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister prayed for the blessings of Maa Shailaputri and expressed hope that her divine grace would fill everyone's lives with happiness and peace.
“On the first day of the holy Navratri, I bow before Maa Shailaputri. May the blessings of the Goddess fill everyone's lives with happiness and peace,” Majhi said in his X post.
