Bhubaneswar, May 20: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, on Wednesday declared the results of the Plus Two examinations for Arts, Commerce, Science and Vocational streams simultaneously. The overall pass percentage in Arts stood at 84.50 per cent, with girls outperforming boys. While the pass percentage of boys was recorded at 77.97 per cent, girls secured 89.45 per cent. The results were announced by the School and Mass Education Minister at the CHSE office.
In the Commerce stream, the overall pass percentage stood at 88.07 per cent. Boys registered a pass percentage of 86.67 per cent, while girls achieved 90.43 per cent. Similarly, the Science stream recorded an overall pass percentage of 88.80 per cent. Boys secured 87.41 per cent, while girls recorded 80.24 per cent. The results of the Vocational stream were also published.
This year, the Plus Two examinations conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education were held from February 18 to March 27. Around 3,93,618 students appeared for the examinations, including 2,47,391 in Arts, 1,14,980 in Science, 25,526 in Commerce and 5,721 in the Vocational stream.
Students can access their results by entering their roll number and registration number on orissaresults.nic.in andCHSE Odisha Official Website. The results will also be available through SAMS college login at respective higher secondary schools, while marksheets can be downloaded from DigiLocker accounts.
