The event, presided over by Mahostav Committee Advisor Abhay Barik, marks the beginning of the month-long cultural and developmental initiatives in the region.

During the launch, Minister Harichandan emphasized the ongoing efforts to develop Baba Dhabaleswar Temple, located at the sacred site of Athgarh. He mentioned that while development work had started earlier, some challenges remain, and he hoped that with the support of the administration and local leaders, they would overcome these hurdles.

Among the other distinguished guests were Athgarh Sub-Divisional Officer Prahlad Narayan Sharma, BJD leader Brajendra Ray, and renowned social activist Phanibhusan Rath. The event also featured traditional music performances, including the works of lyricist Radhanath Das and singer Gurudutta Nayak.
