Hyderabad, Mar 7: Telugu actor Allu Sirish tied the knot with entrepreneur Nayanika Reddy on Friday evening, March 6, 2026, in a lavish ceremony in Hyderabad attended by family, celebrities, and political dignitaries. Among the notable guests was Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who shared glimpses of the celebration and extended his blessings to the newlyweds.

The wedding followed traditional South Indian rituals, with photographs capturing the couple engaged in customary proceedings amidst family members and well-wishers. Actor Ram Charan also congratulated the couple on his official Instagram handle.

The wedding date holds special significance for the Allu family, as it coincides with the date on which Sirish’s elder brother, actor Allu Arjun, married Sneha Reddy in 2011.

Allu Sirish wore a regal ivory sherwani with intricate embroidery along the front panel and cuffs, paired with a matching pattu pancha (dhoti), a gold-bordered stole, and a yellow thread tied on his forehead as per tradition.

Nayanika Reddy dazzled in a tissue silk Kanjivaram saree in a champagne-gold shade with mauve undertones. Her look was complemented by elaborate jewellery, including a multi-layered diamond and pink emerald necklace, matching maang tikka, and traditional nose ring. The handloomed saree featured rich zari work, a hallmark of South Indian bridal attire.

The wedding was preceded by pre-wedding festivities in Hyderabad, including a grand reception on March 2 at Allu Studios for family, friends, and industry figures. Attendees included Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Amala Akkineni, Naga Chaitanya, Atlee, Ram Charan, Nani, Rana Daggubati, Ravi Teja, Gopichand, Jagapati Babu, Naveen Polishetty, Lakshmi Manchu, and Vaishnav Tej.

Earlier, Sirish’s traditional pelli koduku ceremony was held at the family residence, beginning with the mangala snanam, where the groom was bathed and smeared with turmeric and sandalwood paste, symbolising purification and blessings ahead of the wedding.

The ceremony beautifully blended tradition, family legacy, and star-studded celebrations, making it one of the most talked-about weddings in the Telugu film industry this year.
