Bhubaneswar, Feb 11: The Odisha government has effected a fresh reshuffle of IAS officers with immediate effect.

As per the notification by the General Administration and Public Grievances Department, Bhupendra Singh Poonia (2008), currently serving as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Skill Development & Technical Education Department, has been given additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Sports & Youth Services Department. He succeeds Sachin Ramchandra Jadhav in the role.

Prasanth Kumar Reddy (2009), Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Department, will now also serve as Managing Director of IDCO in addition to his existing responsibilities.

Rashmita Panda (2010) has been appointed Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Department. She will continue to hold her additional responsibilities as Chairman & CEO of Startup Odisha and CEO of ORSAC. However, she has been relieved of her duties as Vice-Chairman of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority, Managing Director of Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited, and Special Secretary of the Housing & Urban Development Department.

Surendra Kumar Meena (2012), who is currently Additional Secretary in the Scheduled Tribe & Scheduled Caste Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department, has been assigned additional charge as Executive Director of the Centre for Modernizing Government Initiatives (CMGI) and Convener of the Committee on Administrative & Governance Reforms. He replaces Vineet Bhardwaj in these positions.

Aboli Sunil Naravane (2015), Director of Industries, will take on additional charge as Managing Director of IPICOL. She will continue in her existing additional roles as Managing Director of the Odisha Small Industries Corporation and Managing Director of the Odisha State Financial Corporation. She succeeds Bhupendra Singh Poonia as Managing Director of IPICOL.
