Attabira, Feb 16: A severe accident occurred on Monday when a pickup van fell off the Kurla Bridge, injuring six people, including five children. The incident took place when the driver of the vehicle lost control, causing it to plunge from the bridge.

Sources revealed that two individuals, including the driver, are in critical condition and have been transferred to VIMSAR, Burla, for urgent medical attention. The other four victims were taken to the main hospital in Bargarh for further treatment.

Local authorities have initiated an investigation into the cause of the accident, and efforts are underway to determine the exact circumstances. Medical teams are closely monitoring the condition of the injured.
