Bhubaneswar, Oct 28: As Cyclone Montha approaches Odisha, Leader of Opposition and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president Naveen Patnaik has urged the people of the state to stay alert and cooperate with the administration.

In a video message shared on X, Patnaik expressed confidence in Odisha’s preparedness to handle the situation, highlighting the state’s proven track record in managing past cyclones effectively.

He also appealed to BJD workers to extend their support to the people and assist in relief efforts during this period.

“We have always stood united in the face of natural disasters. Let’s do the same again and face Cyclone Montha together,” Patnaik said, stressing the importance of unity and resilience.

“Do not panic about Cyclone Montha. Stay cautious and confident. As always, we will face this challenge collectively and with determination,” he added.
