Mobs stage road-block over death of industrial trainee in Bhadrak

Bhadrak, Dec 7: Mobs have staged a road-blockade over the death of an Industrial trainee(ITI student) at Basudevpur in Bhadrak on Tuesday. Local leaders and denizens have demanded compensation to the family members of Rinku Sahu who died in a truck accident today. Besides, they urged the authorities to execute the Jamujhari-Dhamra main road soon. Sources said, a truck mowed down Rinku Sahu, a student of Basudevpur ITI in the afternoon. Following his death, locals along with some political leaders blocked the road at the spot demanding compensation to the family members of the deceased. The mobs also demanded to complete the Jamujhadi-Dhamra highway soon, which is said to be the prime cause for frequent accidents along Bhadrak-Basudevpur. Police and administrative officers have been deployed on the spot to pacify the matter through amicable discussions.
