Bhubaneswar, Feb 27: A video showing a woman slapping an on-duty lady constable at the Chandrasekharpur police station in Bhubaneswar on Thursday night has gone viral on social media.

Sources report that the woman had come to the station to inquire about the status of a case. However, tensions escalated when the police officers asked for details about the case. The woman reportedly became agitated, leading to a heated argument. During the altercation, she allegedly turned violent, slapping the constable and misbehaving with other staff members.

The woman was detained for questioning after the incident. Authorities are currently investigating her identity and the circumstances that led to the confrontation.
