A Partnership Rooted in Fandom

The collaboration aims to tap into Singh's energetic personality and wide-reaching cultural relevance, particularly with younger audiences. Anant Agarwal, Vice-Chairperson of CPRL (McDonald’s India - North & East), commented on the move, stating, "Ranveer embodies what McDonald’s stands for, vibrant and joyful. This collaboration is rooted in fan truth and the deep emotional bond people share with McDonald’s."

Ranveer Singh also expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership. "I’m thrilled to join the McDonald’s India (North & East) family," he said. "McDonald's has always been my favourite... It’s special to have a McDonald’s meal named after me; I can’t wait for my fans to try it."

Introducing 'The Ranveer Singh Meal'

Available from June 13, this special offering is a 3-piece meal designed to reflect the actor's dynamic personality.

  • The Burger: Customers can choose between two upgraded burger options: the McVeggie® (Xplode) or the McChicken® (Xplode). Both are enhanced with a new spicy and creamy "Xplode" sauce and topped with crispy golden onions for added flavor and crunch.

  • The Sides: The meal includes the all-new Golden Crispy Pop, bite-sized potato pops, and the limited-edition Bobaaa Blast drink. This marks the first time McDonald's India is launching a boba-style beverage, featuring poppy boba pearls in a sippable treat.

Availability and Strategy

The limited-time meal will be available across all McDonald’s restaurants in North and East India, starting at Rs 249 for the McVeggie option and Rs 269 for the McChicken. Customers can order it for dine-in, via the McDonald’s App, through takeaway and drive-thru services, and on delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.

This strategic association reinforces the brand's message of being a place of joyful and nostalgic moments. By linking a universally popular celebrity with their products, McDonald’s aims to strengthen its emotional connection with customers of all ages, celebrating fandom and flavor in a way that feels both personal and inclusive.
