Matric Supplementary form fill-up from May 8; rechecking window opens May 11

Bhubaneswar, May 6: The form fill-up process for the Matric supplementary examination will commence on May 8 and continue till May 18, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) announced. Students who were unable to clear the recent High School Certificate (HSC) examination will be eligible to apply for the supplementary exam during this period.

In addition, candidates dissatisfied with their Matric results can opt for rechecking or re-addition of marks. The online application process for re-evaluation will begin on May 11 and remain open until May 22. Students can submit their applications through the official BSE website by paying the prescribed fee.

Notably, the Matric results were declared last Saturday, recording an overall pass percentage of 95.33%. A total of 2,456 students secured A1 grade, while 15,681 achieved A2 grade. As many as 43,565 students passed in B1 grade and 86,103 in B2 grade. In the lower brackets, 1,29,813 students secured C grade, 1,46,152 passed with D grade, and 95,481 students cleared the examination in E grade. The Board also reported that 3,310 schools achieved a 100% pass rate this year.
