Bhubaneswar: The Para Sports Association of Odisha (PSAO) successfully conducted the Odisha State Para Volleyball Selection Trials – 2026 at the Indoor Stadium of the Old Sports Department Office, here on Saturday.
The selection trials witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 60 para-athletes from across the state. The athletes displayed remarkable skill, determination, and sportsmanship during the trials.
Based on their performances, men’s and women’s teams have been selected to represent Odisha at the 14th National Sitting Volleyball Championship-2026, scheduled to be held at Meerut College, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, from 25th to 29th February 2026.
The selection process was officially conducted by Satyanarayan Senapati, Patrapushpa Mahanti, and Ratnakar Patra.
The Para Sports Association of Odisha extends its best wishes to the selected athletes for their preparation and hopes for a strong performance at the national championship.
