​​​​​​Cuttack, Jan 17: Anticipating legal complications following the hot & semi-clad dance performed in Balangir, Item Girl Nisha Maharana moved the Orissa High court praying anticipatory bail.

Item dancer Nisha, on the arrest of the show organizers in Balangir, has sought the preventive measure through her counsel, to evade arrest.

Following an odd experience in Chhattisgarh stage for her hot dance,item girl Nisha Maharana yet in a pickle, for her scantily-clad dance in Odisha’s Balangir on January 12.

Nisha is likely to be arrested for her stage show played at the Chandanbhati village under the Balangir Sadar Police limit.

Nisha is feared to be picked by police at any time as two organizers are already under police custody now, who had hired Nisha for sizeable amount and allowed her for hot performance, that spreads vulgarism in the locality.

According to the complaint registered with the Sadar Police by some social activists and locals, Nisha, during her signature in the scene, performed semi-nude dance on the rural stage on January 12.

Taking it obscene and expletive for the society, the complaint was registered wherein Nisha was accused of spreading public annoyance and misleading the youth community.

Acting on it, police registered a case and initiated an investigation. As a part of it, two key organizers were picked and quizzed regarding the matter.

Precise video footage is under verification, based on it, Nisha will be drawn to the ambit of law, said police.
