Maoist camp busted on Odisha-Andhra border, explosives seized

Koraput, Sep 22: A Maoist camp has been busted during a combing operation in Andrahal panchayat of Koraput on Odisha-Andhra Pradesh border on Wednesday. The security personnel have unearthed a huge cache of explosives. Acting on specific intelligence, a joint team of SOG and DVF of Koraput conducted anti-Naxal operation in tri-junction area of Koraput, Malkangiri and Alluri Sitaram Raju district of Andhra Pradesh and recovered an explosive dump in the forest area near Alluri Sitaram Raju district, said police. wp:embed {"url":"https://twitter.com/odisha_police/status/1572866519025225731","type":"rich","providerNameSlug":"twitter","responsive":true} https://twitter.com/odisha_police/status/1572866519025225731 /wp:embed Cash of Rs 70K, Cordex, gelatine, detonator and other incriminating articles were seized.
