Bhubaneswar, Feb 9: The last session of the 16th Odisha Legislative Assembly concluded on Friday, four days ahead of schedule.
The session, which began on February 5, was scheduled to continue till February 13. It was originally scheduled to have seven working days.
The session started with the customary address of Governor Raghubar Das.
Finance Minister Bikram Keshari Arukha presented vote-on-account or interim budget for first 4 months of fiscal year 2024-25 on February 8.
On the last day, the house passed the appropriation bill. A group photograph of all members of the house was also taken as per the tradition.
