Mumbai, Dec 26: Actor Kiara Advani has resumed work five months after embracing motherhood. The actress recently featured in a photoshoot for Vogue magazine, where she also opened up about her post-pregnancy journey and evolving perspective on body image.

In her interaction with Vogue, Kiara shared that seeing her daughter Sarayah smile instantly washes away her exhaustion. She said motherhood has significantly changed her relationship with her body, making concerns like losing one or two kilos seem trivial. According to the actor, the experience has helped her understand and appreciate the true strength and importance of her body.

Reflecting on her bikini scene in War 2, Kiara revealed that she had undergone rigorous and disciplined training for the role. However, the film was released after she gave birth, and her body had naturally changed by then. She admitted that thoughts of losing weight crossed her mind initially, but she soon began viewing her body with pride and respect. “When I look at myself now, I remind myself that I have given birth to a child, and nothing can compare to that,” she said, adding that she has learned to honour her body regardless of its shape or size.

On the professional front, Kiara Advani is set to return to the big screen with Toxic, which stars KGF actor Yash in the lead role.
