He will hold a meeting with Odisha BJP president Manmohan Samal, party MPs, MLAs and state functionaries at the party headquarters.
BJP National President and Union Health Minister Nadda will reach Bhubaneswar before noon. He will hold a meeting with senior party leaders regarding party's organisation in the state, Samal said.
