Bhubaneswar, Oct 31: New registration for Subhadra Yojana will begin tomorrow.

Deputy Chief Minister, Odisha Pravati Parida informed it on Thursday.

Highlighting eminence of the women empowerment scheme, Deputy Chief Minister Parida said that girls or women of 21 years can appliy for assistance under the Subhadra flagship program.

Parida urged the eligible girls and women to register their names online visiting the Shubhadra Shakti Portal, starting Saturday.

The portal will be activated and become accessible to all eligible applicants across the state tomorrow.However, areas wherein the Model Code of Conduct is currently in force, can’t apply for the Subhadra Scheme now, the Dy. CM added.
