Bhubaneswar, Sept 15: Preparations have begun in full swing at Janata Maidan to host the most anticipated Subhadra Yojana launching ceremony by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.
The expansive open ground in the capital city of Odisha is set to make a grand spectacle of around one lakh people.
The Odisha government has placed at least 50 administrative service officers to make the ceremony grand one.
“The services of the senior OAS officers are placed under the disposal of the W&CD department to be entrusted for crowd management etc. during the visit of the prime minister to Odisha on September 17 for mega launching of 'Subhadra' yojana at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar,” said the order issued by General Administration and Public Grievance department said.
Similarly, the state government has declared Janata Maidan as 'no flying zone' and 'no drone' zone for the PM's visit on September 17.
The PM is scheduled to launch the Subhadra Yojana between 12 noon and 1 pm on Tuesday.
Besides, the Odisha government has declared holiday for all schools and colleges in the Bhubaneswar city on Tuesday for PM Modi's visit.
