New Delhi, May 7: Winning the toss, Rajasthan Royals (RR) captain Sanju Samson chose to field first against Delhi Capitals (DC) in the 56th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, here on Tuesday.
Rajsthan Royals had to rest their two key middle-order batters Shimron Hetmyer and Dhruv Jurel, who had slight niggles. They were relaced by Shubham Dubey and Donovan Ferreira, informed their captain Samson at the toss.

Delhi Capitals XI: Rishabh Pant (Captain and wicket-keeper), Jake Fraser-McGurk, Abishek Porel, Shai Hope, Tristan Stubbs, Gulbadin Naib, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Mukesh Kumar, Ishant Sharma and Khaleel Ahmed.
DC Substitutes: Rasikh Dar Salam, Kumar Kushagra, Lalit Yadav, Sumit Kumar and Praveen Dubey.

If Rajasthan clinch a victory, then they would be almost sure of a play-off berth, but if Delhi win they too can surely keep alive their play-off dreams.
