Cuttack, Dec 15:Director General of Police Yogesh Bahadur Khurania on Monday unveiled the refurbished Citizen-Centric-Services (CCS) Web Portal of Odisha Police on Monday.
The newly customized Web Portal of the Odisha Police is aimed at enhancing public service delivery, transparency and digital engagement of the organisation with citizens.
In a special programme held at the State Police Headquarters at Cuttack, the online platform was launched in both Odia and English languages to ensure wider accessibility for the general public for sharing information and services.
Underlining the new features of the website, DGP Khurania said the platform would serve as a comprehensive and user-friendly interface through which citizens can easily access important information and services offered by the Odisha Police.
Among others, senior IPS Officers including Director, State Forensic Science Laboratory, Santosh Bala; Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Sanjay Kumar; Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters) Prateek Mohanty; Deputy Inspector General of Police (Provisioning) Charan Singh Meena were present on the occasion whereas all the DPOs joined it online.
