Mumbai, Dec 30: Sunny Deol’s iconic patriotic film Border, released in 1997, left a lasting impact with its strong message of patriotism. Nearly three decades later, the makers are set to bring back the legacy with Border 2, which will hit cinemas soon. Alongside Sunny Deol, the film will also feature actors from the younger generation.

Following the release of the film’s teaser, which generated significant buzz among audiences, the makers have now unveiled the teaser of the song “Ghar Kab Aaoge.” The teaser has been released on the T-Series YouTube channel and has further heightened excitement.

The original Border soundtrack remains memorable, especially the emotional song “Sandese Aate Hain.” In Border 2, the makers are presenting a fresh musical approach with “Ghar Kab Aaoge,” a recreated version that carries the same emotional depth. The song brings together four renowned singers—Sonu Nigam, Vishal Mishra, Arijit Singh, and Diljit Dosanjh—whose voices are featured one after another in the 46-second teaser.

While the lyrics of “Sandese Aate Hain” were penned by Javed Akhtar with music by Anu Malik, the recreated version of “Ghar Kab Aaoge” has been composed by Mithoon with lyrics by Manoj Muntashir.

Along with the teaser, the makers have also confirmed the song’s release date. “Ghar Kab Aaoge” will be launched on January 2, 2026, at Longewala–Tanot in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, in a grand celebratory event. The film Border 2 is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 23, 2026.
