​​​​​​Bhubaneswar, Dec 19: A team of eminent poets, citizens, academicians, former senior government officers, including recipient of the Kendriya Sahitya Akademi Award, visited Press Information Bureau (PIB) office, Bhubaneswar on Friday and held an interactive session with the Additional DG, PIB, Akhil Kumar Mishra.

During the interaction, discussions focused on the role of literature and creative expression in amplifying various developmental schemes of Government of India for effectively communicating public welfare schemes to the masses.

Discussion was also held on how literature, poetry, and regional languages can serve as powerful tools in fostering public awareness and social cohesion.

The ADG region highlighted the PIB’s role in disseminating authentic information and welcomed creative contributions from writers and scholars to strengthen public outreach.
