Bhubaneswar, May 15: To enhance passenger safety and ensure the reliability of railway infrastructure, East Coast Railway will undertake safety-related modernisation and maintenance work in the Sambalpur–Maneswar Section during May 2026.

As a result, the following train services will remain temporarily cancelled:

•             Similarly, Train No. 18126 Puri–Rourkela Express will remain cancelled for journeys commencing on May 17, 19, 20 and 31, 2026.

•             Train No. 18125 Rourkela–Puri Express will remain cancelled for journeys commencing on May 17, 19, 20 and 31, 2026.

Passengers are advised to take note of the above changes in train services and plan their journeys accordingly. They are also advised to check the latest train running status through NTES and official railway enquiry services before commencing their journey.
